Who We Are

Welcome to the Supply Chain Operations Academy Training Program. We are super excited to welcome you all to our specialized training program on supply chain operations. This training program takes a complete 360-degree approach to help you.

Our Mission

To enrich learning and enable upskilling of local catchment youth, who may not have much skills and employment opportunities.

Our Vision

The program will reach the local catchment youth, women, eDAB (Person with Disability), defense personnel, and transgenders.

We offer support, guidance, and services to trainees across the country who are looking for ways to live a healthier life. Our goal is to provide.

How We Work

The duration depends on which training program (module) a trainee is choosing. As of date, there are four categories of training
program — one is for delivery associates (delivery hub), the second one is for warehousing, the third one is eDAB and the
last one is Wholesale Operation Associate. For the modules the duration is of 54 days.

Registration

The Flipkart Supply Chain Operations Academy will float the QR code and URL for registration through local newspapers, social media advertisements, posters, and banners. The participants will be able to register on the portal upon entering the following details:

Name
Date of Birth (as per records)
Father’s name
Mobile number
Residential address
State and district
Education qualification
School and/ or college name

Pre-Assessment

The participants will be notified about their pre-assessment through SMS on their registered mobile number as well as the portal. They need to appear for the pre-assessment in one go and have to score at least more than 60%.

Digital Learning/Classroom Training

Only the participants who have cleared the pre-assessment will be informed about their results and receive login credentials through SMS and call. They will be notified about the dates, timing, and location of the program.

Internship

Participants, who have cleared 9 days of digital learning with assessments, will be registered for the 45-day internship period. They will be further informed about their joining details such as location, date of joining, reporting time, and reporting manager through SMS, email, or call. The participants are required to keep the following documents handy for the process:

Valid bank a/c details
PAN card
Aadhaar card
Address/ ID proofs
Covid Vaccination Certificate (Both)

Certification

After successful completion of 45 days of internship, the participants will get the certification.

Join Us

SCOA Training Program gives you unique opportunities to develop the right skill sets as per your interest in various
domains of the e-commerce industry, where you can be completely job-ready. The academy is managed and run
exclusively by Flipkart where courses are offered online or in a digital format.

Learn Free, Train Real

The training is done free of cost and students do not have to pay any fees at the academy. After successful completion of digital learning and assessment, trainees are given an opportunity to do an On-the-Job-Training (OJT) at a Flipkart facility for 45 days.

Stipend & Logistical Information

The trainees are given a stipend for the entire OJT period. (Note: Candidates will have to arrange their own stay and travel arrangements during the OJT.)

Certification and Accreditation

Certificate of training will be given by Flipkart to successful candidates who complete the entire training program.The certificate can also be extended as co-branded based on the scope with the respective government body or agency.
