- Yes. Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 57 years.
If you have completed ITI / Diploma after your 10th then you will be able to register for Flipkart Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA).
You should have completed 10th + ITI / Diploma or 12th.

Yes, It is a prerequisite to have a smartphone for the Flipkart Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA) training program registration. Following are the smartphone feature requirements (minimum) :
2 GB RAM, 64 GB Internal storage Memory, 1600 * 720 MP, Battery 5000mah, OS – Android V7/8 or above / Incase Iphone IOS should be 14 and above, 4G and above Internet Speed should be 25 Mbps to 40 Mbps, Data Plan 1GB per day

Flipkart will announce the dates through different channels (SCOA Website, Email, WhatsAPP & SMS communication etc.)
Yes, you can register for the program. However you will have to open a bank account in order to receive the Stipend amount for 45 days OJT period
Yes, But you have to provide your PAN card during the onboarding process of On-The-Job training.
Yes. You must meet the required educational qualification of 10th + ITI / Diploma or 12th pass plus the prerequisites.

Pre Assessment, followed by Interview. Interview will be conducted only if you clear the Pre Assessment. One needs to clear both Pre Assessment and Interview.
If you are not selected in the first attempt, you can attempt in consecutive months. You have unlimited attempts, however restricted to only one attempt per month.
No, you don’t need to sign any contract with Flipkart SCOA. However, you need to go through the T&C of the entire programme, which you must agree on and adhere to all the points mentioned in the T&C document.
If Selected, You will be notified through WhatsApp, SMS, Call & Email.
- You will receive a pre-assessment notification through Email, WhatsAPP & SMS and you will need to clear the pre-assessment in single attempt with a pass percentage of 60%
- Once you pass the pre-assessment, you will be interviewed by our SCOA team on aptitude, knowledge and willingness to work.
- Selection communication will be notified to you through WhatsApp, SMS and Email.

No. Your digital training period will depend on the module selection and the 45 days of OJT period remains the same irrespective of module selection.

The total duration of the programme as following
- Warehousing – Total 54 days. 9 days of Digital Learning + 45 Days OJT
- Delivery Associate – Total 52 days. 7 days of Digital Learning + 45 Days OJT
- Wholesale Operations Associate – Total 54 days. 9 days of Digital Learning + 45 Days OJT
- eDAB – Total 53 days. 8 days of Digital Learning + 45 Days OJT

No.There is no fee structure for this programme and you will not be asked to pay any amount during the registration process.
No. The Flipkart Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA) Programme does not have any referral option.
No. accommodation will not be provided. The trainees will have to arrange their accommodation for themselves .

You are entitled for 1 weekly off. Apart from weekly off, no leaves are allowed during the entire training program.

You will receive a Certificate post successful completion of your training programme. You can apply for a job in any of the E-commerce companies.
